Having worked with a few travel agencies, I found A&P being able to deliver to my high expectations and they understand what luxury is. Was also very impressed with their responsiveness (*such as some last minute emergencies such as travel issues, airport strikes) the team has been very proactive and made the holiday such a wonderful experience for me. The Ann&Palm Team were Fantastic. 10 out of 10. They helped us make an amazing tailor-made 21-day trip through northern and southern Argentina (Buenos Aires, Iguazù Falls, Salta & Jujuy, Patagonia). We had a lot fo doubts when planning but they helped us every step of the way and respected our priorities. The hotels they chose for us were particularly beautiful and exclusive.
