Our Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Buenos Aires

Arrive at Ezeiza airport where you will be met by your driver and transferred to your Hotel.
First day will be at leisure.

In the evening, we will enjoy an incredible culinary experience where we will taste the best local cuisine in a 5-course welcome dinner, paired with four exceptional wines from all regions. You will learn how to make the famous "empanadas", the traditions surrounding Mate Argentino, alfajores, and much more...!

Day 2

Visiting Puerto Madero, La Boca & San Telmo | Artisan Workshop

Today you will visit the city’s neighborhoods such as historic San Telmo with its cobbled streets, arty La Boca and fashionable Puerto Madero. You will be able to taste true Argentine cuisine and see “porteños” daily life. You will see highlights such as the famous Plaza de Mayo square, Casa Rosada and the famous Caminito Street.

After a leisure lunch in a typical Argentine restaurant, you will experience a metal local artists workshop. Start your adventure by entering the artist's atelier, where raw materials are transformed into stunning works of art. Here, you'll witness the intricate craftsmanship, dedication, and passion that goes into each piece, gaining insight into the artist's creative vision and techniques. Observe the metal being molded into captivating forms, and witness the artist's tools and workspace, where imagination takes tangible shape. After delving into the atelier's hidden treasures, you'll be invited to the artist's gallery, where their masterpieces come to life in a beautifully curated space.

Day 3

Visiting Recoleta and Palermo’s Boutique Shops

Today you will enjoy a private guided tour through the most famous neighborhoods in Buenos Aires: Recoleta and Palermo. Discover the last resting place of the elites of Argentina's in the Recoletás cemetery. In this necropolis you'll find stunning mausoleums with great displays of artistry, architecture, sculpture and stained glasses. Buried within this cemetery are presidents, businessmen, dictators and politicians including the most famous woman of all Argentine history: Evita Perón. Learn about the funerary rites of Argentina's elites, and about the drama they experienced while they lived.

At noon, we suggest you to delight yourself with a fine lunch at one of the most renowned restaurants in Palermo.

Time at leisure in the afternoon. We suggest a stroll through Palermo's shops, where you'll find beautifully restored old buildings, enhancing the area's charm. You'll find streets lined with small boutiques specializing in fashion, accessories, and home decor. The streets are colorful and vibrant, and the lively atmosphere makes shopping a fun experience.

Day 4

Buenos Aires to Iguazú

Fly to Iguazu where you will be met by your driver and transferred to your Hotel. At the hotel, you will have a short briefing to confirm your activities according to your expectations. This is a key aspect to ensure you make the most of your stay! The rest of the day will be at leisure.

Day 5

Argentine Iguazú Falls & Devil’s Throat

After breakfast, your private chauffeur and guide will transfer you to the Argentine Iguazú National Park, to experience one the world’s most amazing natural wonders.

Walk along, around and over some of the most magnificent waterfalls of the world. Spend the morning exploring the park’s upper and lower walkway circuits, where you will enjoy breathtaking views and have the opportunity to spot some wildlife. You will not want to miss the highlight that we’ve saved for the afternoon: visit the famous Devil’s Throat and marvel at nature’s strength.

Take in the day’s experiences with a refreshing dip in your Villa’s own plunge pool and, if you’ve still got some energy, join us in the Main Lodge for a talk with one of our wildlife experts before dinner.

Day 6

Brazilian Waterfalls and sunset view

After a leisurely morning, start your first adventure: head towards the Brazilian side of the Iguazu National Park, which offers stunning panoramic views of the Falls. Enjoy around 1200 meters of walkways along the Iguazu River and watch the iconic dusky swifts fly through the cascades as the sun slowly sets on the Rainforest’s canopy.

Return to your accommodation and end your day sipping on a mate-infused cocktail, enjoy the soothing evening breeze on the terrace and sample some of our chef’s creations.

Day 7

Iguazú to Mendoza, the Wine Region

Fly to Mendoza where you will be met by your driver and transferred to your hotel. Meet your private host and chauffeur and transfer to your accommodation, a boutique property strategically located between the best known wineries and the magnificent Andes Mountain range.

Here all rooms face west with unforgettable views of the Andes in the day and a pristine dark sky at night. A sincere commitment to the environment and harmony with local communities ensures guests an authentic escape into unspoiled Argentina.

The afternoon will be at leisure. Dinner will be held at Los Toneles Winery, a meticulously remodeled winery. The restoration was so faithful to its original 1920s architecture that it has been declared a Cultural Heritage site of Mendoza. A charming design and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect site for appreciating carefully designed dishes reflecting a traditional Argentinian style.

Day 8

Become a Masterchef!

After breakfast, meet your guide and driver and transfer to a local Winery, in the heart of Uco Valley in Mendoza. Eating like a local is an important aspect to get the precise view of a culture. What is perhaps even more rewarding than eating like a local is understanding the ingredients that have been chosen to integrate the preparation of our traditional cuisine.

Today, you will enjoy an exclusive Cooking Class in a french Winery, winner of the international award in the category “Architecture, parks and gardens" of the "Best Of Wine Tourism 2011" contest, organized by the global network Great Wine Capitals. Its facilities, whose architecture blends with the wonderful Andean landscapes, allow the production of wines in exceptional conditions since the 2007 vintage.

We will put on the hat and the kitchen apron to prepare delicious dishes in a cooking class that will undoubtedly be an opportunity to learn about and / or improve food preparation techniques. You will learn to cook typical regional food consisting of fresh products that you can then easily cook anywhere in the world. You will be able to know the peculiarities of the Argentine style, the flavors, the aromas and the quality of the food brought to the table.

Day 9

Become a WineMaker

After breakfast, you will be transferred to a local Winery in the Wine Route of Maipú, known as "La Cuna del Vino" or the Birthplace of Wine, where you will become a Winemaker in a great and unique experience that will let you explore wine life.

Today you will enjoy an experience based on interaction and entertainment. The activity invites you to discover the joy of mixing and matching flavors. Through creating your own work of art, by combining different varieties, you will learn to love the challenge of being a winemaker.

Start off with a guided tour of the winery with one of the members of the winery´s family or the winemaker and end up on the outstanding terrace. We then guide you in the challenge of blending five red varieties to make your own tailor-made blend. Enjoy stepping into the shoes of a winemaker for a day with the owners of the winery and along the way discover yourself and your palate in this unique experience.

Coupled with great food and amazing views, it is truly a once in a lifetime experience that will set you on the right path to continue your wine journey at home.

Day 10

Mendoza to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world

Fly to Ushuaia where you will be met by your guide and driver, and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day will be at leisure to relax in the hotel's spa.

Day 11

Landing in the heart of the Cordillera de los Andes | Tea on the Beagle Channel

After breakfast, we will experience a helicopter ride through Ushuaia. We take off towards the northeast of the city, flying over emblematic places: Ushuaia Bay and the port, the ex-presidio (today the Maritime Museum and the Presidio of Ushuaia), the Government House, we observe the west face of Mount Olivia and the peaks of Cinco Hermanos, and Playa Larga.

It then reaches the Olivia River Valley, flying over the Tierra Mayor Valley with its millenary peat bogs. Between valleys and mountains is the emblematic Laguna Esmeralda, fascinating for the color that gives it its name, and above it is the Ojo del Albino glacier and the Paso Beban glacier. To end this adventure with a highlight, in the middle of the valley is the Turquoise Lagoon, which also gets its name from the magnificent color given to it by the minerals from the glacial melt. The adventure continues towards the valley of the Encajonado River, passing through the winter centers along Route N3, afterwards we arrive at a dreamy place to land and enjoy a glass of champagne in the heart of the Fuegian Andes, an epic photo that we all want to have. After this amazing adventure, we will return to the hotel to have a leisure lunch.

In the afternoon, as the sun sets behind the Fuegian mountains, it invites us to welcome nightfall from a privileged spot. So, we will take advantage of this amazing landscape on a boat cruise on the Beagle Channel, alongside an exquisite selection of exclusive teas, setting the scene for an evening of relaxation. Dive into a variety of Patagonian delights, from classic flavors to exciting sweet and savory treats that promise a true feast for the senses.

Day 12

Nature in Lapataia Bay

After breakfast, we will depart from the End of the World train station and reach the National Park, where we’ll visit Ensenada Bay with its stunning view of the Andes - and where the southernmost post office in the world is located! We’ll continue on toward Lake Roca, surrounded by lush forests and mountains, before hiking the trails around Lapataia Bay.

Then, we will discover and observe local flora and fauna as we sail along the Beagle Channel on our exclusive ship, the Akawaia, toward Ushuaia Bay. This experience will surround you with the flavors and colors of the End of the World that evoke the natural beauty of the Andean landscape.

Day 13

Ushuaia to Calafate, Spellbinding Glaciers

On arrival into El Calafate Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel on the outskirts of the city to enjoy the beautiful scenery and a very relaxing stay.

Day 14

Perito Moreno Glacier (Optional Trek on the Glacier!)

Leave El Calafate to visit the Perito Moreno Glacier stopping frequently to take photographs. Your guide approved by the National Park “Los Glaciares” will give you all the information about the surroundings, the history and the myth of this unique glacier. After entering the zone of Patagonian woods, we will stop in the curve of the sighs to enjoy the first view of Perito Moreno Glacier.

We will continue towards the footbridge where you will have enough time to walk along the balconies in front of the glacier and enjoy the magnificent view. See (and hear!) icebergs calving from the glacier, and perhaps enjoy a cruise or opt to take a guided trek on top of the Perito Moreno Glacier itself.

Optional experience: Glacier Trekking!
You will be met by your driver and transferred to the port. Once at “Bajo de las Sombras” port you board on a boat to cross the Lago Rico and arrive at the opposite shore after approximately a 20-minute navigation in front of the southern wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier.

Once you disembark, you will be greeted by mountain guides, who will lead you to a shelter with sanitary facilities. From there, you will begin a brief walk along the shore of the lake, which includes a talk on glaciology in general and the Perito Moreno Glacier in particular. Upon reaching the edge of the glacier, the guides will form subgroups of a maximum 20 people each and will fit you with crampons and helmets. Once on the ice, you will receive a brief safety talk, and will begin the walk.

Always with the help of our mountain guides, you’ll enjoy this natural ice paradise. The trekking difficulty is moderate, the route on the glacier lasts approximately one and a half hours, and in its course, you will be able to appreciate a variety of typical formations of a glacier like cracks, sumps, seracs, lagoons, etc.

At the end of the walk, you’ll return to the shelter along a walkway crossing the lush Patagonian Andean forest. Shortly afterwards, you’ll board the boat to return to the port and see the glacier walls. This experience includes a one-hour guided visit to the walkways of the Perito Moreno Glacier, which is 7 km from the port. There, you’ll enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of the glacier and walk along some of the self-guided paths.

This tour is oriented for people who enjoy nature, adventure and who want to live the experience of walking on the ice of the most beautiful glacier of the world!

Day 15

Gourmet Glacier Experience

You will embark on a full day journey to one of the most wonderful places in Southern Patagonia. Sailing aboard exclusive Cruise María Turquesa will enjoy the highest standard of comfort and gourmet cuisine, for a truly memorable experience.

Enjoy southern Patagonia’s vast open steppe and the impressive peaks, glaciers and pale blue lakes. Visit the Upsala Canal and navigate to Herminita Peninsula – limit of the navigation zone allowed by National Parks – take in the beautiful panoramic view of the Glacier while you enjoy a premium gourmet lunch onboard.

Day 16

El Calafate to Puerto Madryn, home of Whales & Penguins

Fly to Puerto Madryn where you will be welcomed by your guide and driver and transferred to your Hotel. The City of Puerto Madryn is one of the most important and popular tourist destinations on the Patagonian coast. The main show in the area is put up by the famous whales that jump over the water surface with their upright tails to announce their longed-for presence. Founded by Welsh immigrants in 1865, Puerto Madryn in Patagonia is the Mecca of scuba diving and famous for its spectacular marine wildlife and awe inspiring lunar spectacles.

Day 17

Magnificent Whale Watching

You will head to Peninsula de Valdes, to one side, the desolate scenery of the pure Patagonian steppe. To the other, the deep blue ocean. We will cross the entrance to the wildlife reserve and continue up to Puerto Pirámides. The highly coveted expeditions to go whale-watching set sail at this spot. Put on your waterproof cape to go out at sea… and be amazed by these magnificent animals in their true habitat and take a “Whale Adoption Certificate” back home.

Day 18

Penguin Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will be transferred to a local Estancia, home to a colony of Magellanic penguins. You will be able to watch as these adorable creatures waddle around, play, and interact with each other. You can get up close to them and even take pictures!
The estancia itself is also a highlight of the experience, with its rustic charm and comfortable accommodations. Enjoy delicious meals made with locally sourced ingredients.

Day 19

Puerto Madryn to Buenos Aires

Fly to Buenos Aires where you will be met by your guide and transferred to your Hotel. In the evening, you will enjoy a private Tango class and dinner show at award winning Rojo Tango. Draped in red suede you will find the finest Tango dancers and musicians in Argentina, along with premier international cuisine.
