Day 2

Historic & Cultural Buenos Aires | Sustainable Art Artisan’s Workshop

In the morning, meet your private guide in the hotel lobby.
We'll head to the historic Plaza de Mayo, the birthplace of Argentina's independence, and home to some of the city's most iconic landmarks, including the presidential palace Casa Rosada and the imposing Metropolitan Cathedral. You'll learn about the city's rich history and culture as we stroll through the plaza and admire the stunning architecture.
Then we’ll head to La Boca, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful houses and tango heritage. As you walk along Caminito, the main street, you'll be greeted by an explosion of hues from every direction. This neighborhood was once home to Italian immigrants who used leftover paint from ships to adorn their houses, creating a visual spectacle that has become an iconic symbol of Buenos Aires.
As you venture further into San Telmo, you'll step back in time to the city's colonial era. This neighborhood's cobblestone streets and well-preserved colonial buildings exude a nostalgic charm. Plaza Dorrego, the heart of San Telmo, is a bustling square where locals and visitors gather to enjoy street performances and artisanal markets. You will have some leisure time to explore the market before going to our next activity.
Later, join us for a unique visit to a local artisan’s workshop, where nature meets creativity and sustainability becomes art. Inspired by flowers, leaves, and organic forms, this artist transforms discarded metals into beautiful, meaningful pieces through a process of recycling and renewal. Discover how he collects waste from urban and natural spaces, reuses materials, and brings them to life in his creations. Learn about the techniques behind this artistic alchemy and the powerful stories each piece tells. This experience blends art, nature, and environmental awareness, inviting you to reflect, connect, and be inspired by the endless potential of creative reuse.
After delving into the atelier's hidden treasures, you'll be invited to the artist's gallery, where their masterpieces come to life in a beautifully curated space.

Day 3

Buenos Aires to Iberá Wetlands | Night Wildlife Safari

Arrive at the airport where you will be met by your guide and chauffeur and transferred to your accommodation, a private reserve located within the Ibera National Park, surrounded by the Provincial Ibera Reserve.
Ibera Wetlands is the second largest wetland of South America, with an extension of 12.000 km2 that guards both great biodiversity and a rich cultural heritage. The region emerges as a combination of different landscapes: in the lowest areas, the rain deposits its water in the wetlands and ponds that gave it its name; while the higher areas are characterized by small remnants of Paranaense jungles, palmar groves and never-ending grasslands briefly interrupted by small bundles of trees.
About Rewilding Argentina Foundation & Rewilding Experience
Rewilding Experience started from The Conservation Land Trust, a social company that reinvests its profits to help conservation and ecological restoration projects, which the Rewilding Argentina Foundation carries out following the legacy of Douglas and Kristine Tompkins.
Rewilding offers the possibility of visiting the different landscapes of Iberá through experiences in close contact with nature made all the more spectacular by being in connection with the environment. Staying at one of the properties is a way for guests to become part of the fauna restoration projects that Rewilding Argentina has started and continues to execute to this day with great success; all the while experiencing the local culture and remaining in close contact with nature.
Afternoon at leisure. Relax at your accommodation surrounded by natural wildlife that leisurely wanders around the park.
At night you will join a nocturnal safari which will make possible a magnificent encounter with a very active wildlife that takes advantage of the cool nights. It is possible to see vizcachas, owls, and even be surprised by an elegant aguara-guazu. On clear nights, the Milky Way is especially clear thanks to the absence of lights and clean air.
