You will become a Winemaker in a great and unique journey that will let you explore wine life and Mendoza’s renowned kitchens and cuisine. Traveling the road through the region is in itself a very pleasant experience: surrounding landscapes, typical of rural Mendoza, with vineyards, olive, almond, cherry and horticultural crops, whose shapes and colours are enhanced by the silhouette and changing hues of the imposing Andes Mountains.

You will meet local families, running their own “ bodegas”, lovely people producing lovely wines! You will share cooking experiences and be guided by your hosts in the challenge of blending different varieties to make your own tailor made wine, coupled with great food and amazing views!

Our Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Buenos Aires & Welcome Dinner

Upon arrival, your private chauffeur will meet you at the airport to transfer you to your
hotel.

The rest of the day will be at leisure.

In the evening, we will enjoy an interactive culinary experience where we will taste the
best local cuisine in a 5-course welcome dinner, paired with four exceptional wines from all
regions. You will learn how to make the famous "empanadas", the traditions surrounding
Mate Argentino, alfajores, and much more...!

Day 2

Historic Buenos Aires

Begin your journey in La Boca, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful houses and tango
heritage. As you walk along Caminito, the main street, you'll be greeted by an explosion of
hues from every direction. This neighborhood was once home to Italian immigrants who
used leftover paint from ships to adorn their houses, creating a visual spectacle that has
become an iconic symbol of Buenos Aires.

As you venture further into San Telmo, you'll step back in time to the city's colonial era. This
neighborhood's cobblestone streets and well-preserved colonial buildings exude a
nostalgic charm. Plaza Dorrego, the heart of San Telmo, is a bustling square where locals
and visitors gather to enjoy street performances and artisanal markets.

Day 3

Estancia Experience

After breakfast, your driver will take you to experience a real Argentine Estancia. Meet your
driver at the hotel lobby at 9:30 hs (9:30 AM)

You will enjoy a stay in a country in Buenos Aires, where you will be able to delight yourself
with different traditional Argentinian meals, such as empanadas, asado (barbecue) and
pastries at snack time.

You will be able to experience a dia de campo (day in the countryside) where you’ll have
the chance to ride horses, enjoy dances and music by the locals, cycling or engage in one
of the other numerous activities on offer at the Estancia.

Day 4

Visiting Recoleta and Palermo | Wine Tasting Experience at an Art Gallery

Today you will enjoy a private guided tour through the most famous neighborhoods in
Buenos Aires: Recoleta and Palermo.

We'll start by exploring Palermo, a trendy and eclectic neighborhood known for its street art,
cafes, and boutiques. Next, we'll head to Recoleta, a neighborhood known for its European-
style architecture, upscale boutiques, and cultural attractions. We'll visit the Floralis
Generica, a stunning metal flower sculpture that opens and closes its petals depending on
the time of day. This iconic landmark is a must-see for any visitor to Buenos Aires.

Discover the last resting place of the elites of Argentina's in the Recoleta´s cemetery, where
many of Argentina's most famous citizens are buried, including Eva Perón. You'll be struck
by the cemetery's elaborate mausoleums, sculptures, and monuments, which are a
testament to the city's rich history and culture. A visit to El Ateneo Grand Splendid is a must
see in Buenos Aires, a former theater turned bookstore that has been named one of the
most beautiful bookstores in the world.

In the afternoon, you will experience a metal local artists workshop and immerse yourself in
the stories that turned Eva Peron into the most widely known female figure in Argentine
history.

You will witness the making and detail behind 120 pieces of jewelry produced for the world
famous Evita Musical on Broadway, starring Elena Roger (a renowned Argentine artist) and
Ricky Martin

Day 5

Tigre and Delta Navigation

After breakfast, meet your private guide and chauffeur in the hotel lobby at 10:00 hs (10 AM).
Upon arrival, you will be doing a sightseeing tour with your guide. Getting to know this
enchanting destination that offers a unique combination of serene rivers, lush vegetation
and charming canals.

For lunch, we have the best experience prepared for you! A secluded table on an island.
*Transfers to the island and reservation of the table is included. Payment must be made for
what has been consumed in the restaurant.

The evening will be at leisure to explore the island..

Day 6

Mendoza, the Wine Region

Time at leisure until your transfer to the airport to take your flight to Mendoza. Upon your arrival,
meet your private host and transfer to your accommodation at the Uco Valley, a boutique
property strategically located between the best known wineries and the magnificent mountain
range.

Optional activity
Embarking on a breathtaking helicopter ride through the enchanting wineries of Mendoza is an
experience that seamlessly combines exhilaration and natural beauty. As you soar through the
skies, a panorama of rolling vineyards and majestic mountains unfolds before your eyes,
creating an indelible impression of the region's extraordinary landscape.

The helicopter soars higher, providing a captivating view of the snow-capped peaks of the
Andes, standing tall as silent guardians over the valley.

The afternoon will be at leisure to enjoy cycling through the vineyard, a spa treatment and just
relaxing with incredible views and a glass of wine.

Day 7

Unlock the Secrets of Wine Blending - A Journey for the Senses

Prepare yourself for an exciting and educational day of grape blending and wine creation! Arrive
at our contemporary winery, a picturesque estate nestled in the heart of wine country. You'll be
greeted by the sommelier, who will provide you with a warm welcome and a brief introduction
to the day's activities.

You'll explore the sprawling landscape, marveling at rows of carefully tended grapevines. As you
stroll through the vineyard, you'll discover the various grape varietals and gain a deeper
understanding of how each one contributes to the winemaking process. Learn about the
influence of terroir, climate, and soil composition on the grapes' flavors and characteristics.

Join the winemaking team in a blending workshop, where you'll have the opportunity to create
your own wine blend. Learn about the art and science of blending different grape varietals to
achieve desired flavors and characteristics. Experiment with various combinations and
proportions under the guidance of experienced winemakers.

After the experience, a private table will be booked in a modern winery to have a seven course
fine lunch paired with the best wines.

Day 8

Become a Masterchef!

In the morning, your private chauffeur will meet you at the lobby for your transfer to Lujan de
Cuyo region.

Indulge your taste buds and immerse yourself in the culinary delights of Argentina with a
private cooking class set amidst the charming ambiance of a local winery. Get ready to learn
the art of making traditional empanadas, savor exquisite wines, and create lasting memories
in a truly enchanting setting.

As you step into the boutique winery, you'll be greeted by the inviting aromas of oak barrels
and the warm hospitality of the local hosts. Nestled amidst rolling vineyards and picturesque

Under the guidance of expert chefs, you'll discover the secrets behind crafting the perfect

Depart Mendoza

Time at leisure until your transfer to the airport to take your flight back to Buenos Aires.

You will enjoy a farewell dinner while watching the professionals dance some “Tango and
Folclore” along with a Gourmet dinner.

Time at leisure until your transfer to the airport to take your international flight back home.
